The Best Drugstore Lip Products for Fall

Seasons are changing, and beauty trends are too! That doesn’t mean you need to break the bank to stay on trend. To go along with this season's statement-making looks, I have included some of my favorite berry and matte lipsticks from the drugstore. The best part? They are all less than $8 a piece!

This vampy lip is called Secret by LA Girl, and it is the perfect red for Fall. It’s a liquid to matte lipstick that wears all day with minimal touch-ups. You can achieve an even vampier, slight ombre lip by layering the lipstick on the outer edges of your lips. Matte meets vampy ombre? That’s what I call perfect.

Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Black Cherry is definitely an oldie but goodie. Deep berry lips are a huge trend this season, and this one hits it right on the nose (or should we say lips?). Not only is this formula super creamy and comfortable, it also has a light watermelon scent.

Rock the matte lip trend without feeling the dryness with Maybelline’s Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick in Touch of Spice. This dark, warm nude is the perfect everyday shade for the Fall. Pairing this with a smoky eye will tone it down a notch, or add just a touch of spice to your everyday look. I think we can all agree that this shade fits in the oh-so-famous Kylie Jenner lip category.

Rebel by LA Girl is another perfect berry. This creamy matte liquid lipstick has a touch of purple, making it the perfect Summer-to-Fall transition shade. Again, layering this lipstick will give you a more vampy look, which will send you full fledged into Fall.

A lighter but more brown-toned nude is another perfect daytime lip color for this time of year. Milani’s new Color Statement Moisture Matte formula reminds me a lot of the Maybelline matte formula. This one is in the color Matte Beauty. They are super silky and comfortable to wear, which is essential with matte lipsticks, since most can be a bit drying.

Like many of you, I am always searching for new makeup as seasons and trends change. So please don’t forget to share your favorites so that we here at The Beauty Bar can add them to our Fall shopping lists!
